Boeddeker Holdings LLC is an alliance of real estate assets, management, and investment advisory information that partners with clients looking to jointly invest in real estate.  Apartments to multi-unit complexes, we strive to be the ones you turn to for advice and capital.

Our purpose is to turn profits on all of our invested interests.  Each property is held in its own LLC for tax and liability purposes and managed by our team proving to reduce overhead expenses and ultimately putting more money in all parties pockets.

Our structure is very simple and can be broken down into only a few steps:

1.  Inquire via our website with how much capital you would like to begin investing. If there is a specific property that you are interested in, please include the full address in the inquiry.

2.  Boeddeker Holdings will follow up within 2-3 business days with potential investment opportunities that fit your budget.  If an address is provided, a property analysis will be provided complementary (could take up to 14 days for analysis).

3.  Once a property is selected and agreed upon by all vested parties, an offer will be sent over to acquire it.

4.  If accepted and acquired, Boeddeker Holdings will form and manage an LLC for the vested property to allow for limited liability for all parties.

5.  Sit back and relax.  After all rental costs are paid, the profits begin.
